4-Antibody’s intellectual property portfolio comprises a growing number of patent families and granted patents in connection with antibody discovery/engineering technologies and individual antibody drug candidates. In each case, patent protection is pursued in all major pharmaceutical markets, including, the U.S., Europe, Japan, Australia and China.
4-Antibody’s Hu-PAC™ technology as described in the patent application WO03/068819, is now granted in Europe, as well as in Japan, Australia, China. Grant of the corresponding US patent application is imminent.
4-Antibody’s Retrocyte Display™ technology is described in the patent application WO09/109368.
